If you ordered a product from montegreenery, you will receive it within 3-4 working days. Would you like more information about delivery? Then you will find the information you need on this page. After you order, of course we will personally inform you about the status of your order. We do this, among other things, by:

The order has been processed correctly: you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order has left montegreenery-pogon and is on its way to you: you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail.

After the package leaves us, you can track it via the track & trace link on the website of the delivery service of the Post Office/courier service. You will find this link in your delivery confirmation email.

When will my order be delivered?

We understand very well that you don't want to sit at home all day waiting for your package. On the day of delivery, you will receive an e-mail with an indication of the time. This indication always consists of a period of one hour, so you can take into account the arrival of the delivery person.

They can be tracked from door to door

After the package leaves us, you can track it via the track & trace link on the website of the Post's delivery service. You will find this link in your delivery confirmation email. That way, your package is in safe hands, from door to door. Parcel service Pošta also offers the possibility of giving a "delivery permit", at a location of your choice. Convenient in itself, for example when you are not at home. But keep in mind that if you instruct the delivery person to leave the package unattended at your house, you are taking the risk that something unpleasant may happen to him. Montegreenery accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to packages if you choose to give the Courier Service 'permission to deliver'.

I have not received my package

You are expecting a package, but you haven't received it from us yet. It's annoying, but don't worry. First, check the points below:


In the e-mail you receive on the day of delivery, you can see how many stops the driver still has to make via the track & trace link

Is the shipping address you entered correct?

Have you received a 'not at home' message? Your package may have been delivered to your neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time. You can check this through the track and trace link. If not, please contact our customer service.

My package was delivered damaged

That is of course not the intention. Feel free to contact our customer service so that we can offer a tailor-made solution.

We charge shipping and administration charges for orders (handling, administration and shipping charges)

If you wish to receive your order in another (European) country, then shipping and handling charges will be added. These shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart overview after you enter your shipping address details.


If you want to cancel your order, you can return it. It is important that you do this within 14 days, and that the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

You can return the order yourself by mail. Make sure you clearly state your information as the sender on the package. Shipping costs are for your account. When we receive your package, the amount paid for the order will be returned to your account within 14 days.
