Once you've added all of your favorite organic products to your shopping cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the search bar to complete your order. First, check the contents of your shopping cart, then click the 'Checkout' button. You have now reached the payment process, which at montegreenery always takes place in a secure payment environment.

These are our free payment options:

- Payment by cash on delivery

- iDEAL (debit card)

- Credit card (Mastercard or Visa)

- Bankcontact

- Giropay/Payment by check

- Manual transmission (take into account the longer delivery time, approx. 5 working days).

- Payment later (possible only for companies)

- Manual transfer (cash on delivery)

In the order message you receive, you'll find a handy one-click payment link. Always include your customer number and order number with the bank payment.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Once in your shopping cart, you can enter your gift card code. This input field is located below the list of items in your shopping cart. Click 'process' after entering your code. The money in your account is automatically processed in your shopping cart.

Where can I find my invoices?

Log in in the upper right corner of the webshop with your account

Go to 'Welcome [name]' in the upper right corner

In this menu, click on 'My Orders'

Still don't have a montegreenery account? That's not a problem. After you place an order, an account is automatically created for you, so you can track your order and always view invoices. This way, you always know which products you bought and you don't have to remember it. Only the data necessary for the successful delivery of the order to your address is registered on your account.
